  Why go after only her,what about the other people such as Enim,Amoateng,and the security boss at the airport arrested with drugs in the US among others,why are they not going after their properties but only this lady?

  How did this lady able to use our VVIP that is the whole problem.Those on duty should be haul to the court period and as for this lady all the drugs on her they should allow her to swallow all before she comes out.

The mother knew the dangerous business the daughter was doing and closed her eyes over it. Both mother and daughter should be punished to serve as a deterrent to others. The mother is as a crook as her daughter and should be put behind bar for falsely claiming ownership of the two houses. It is even surprising that the other guys who were involved in Nayele's drug business have been set free. When a new govt comes next year all the crooks should be prosecuted

In the absence of such records, the burden of proof is on NACOB to identify the property's proper owner.

The government loves to screw up cases, causing tax payers to lose out to crooks like Woyome and drug queens like Nayele and her mama.
  
  I bet you this drug queen mother has no resources of her own. The public should put pressure on the government not to let this matter go down the drain like it did with the Woyome case.

  As a drug smuggler, this Akan woman, knowing very well that most Akans are known drug smugglers around the world, she took on aliases like Nayele (Ga name), Ametepe (Ewe and Dangbe) to clverly escape the dragnet. Despite the camouflage, she was caught.

  This matter should be simple to resolve - even in an undisciplined place like Ghana. Documentation exists in the public records of who acquired the land and when. It should be easy to also locate which contractor put the buil ...

  This matter should be simple to resolve - even in an undisciplined place like Ghana. Documentation exists in the public records of who acquired the land and when. It should be easy to also locate which contractor put the building up. The contractor should be able to attest who paid him the money for his work - under oath. Then the EOCO should be able to compare the information to when and how much taxes the mother paid to the Ghana Revenue Authority and whether the amount of income declared to the GRA is consistent with the cost of the land and construction and the reasonable living expenses of the mother. If there is a wide and irreconcilable gap between the mother's income and the acquisition of the land and building then the mother should be subject to perjury charges. If it can be shown that the mother was earning adequate income and has paid taxes on her income, then she can have the properties.
