  Just talk shop...Agriculture grew at 0.04% last year 2015..virtually no growth !!

  Someone please tell him he is telling a big no funds to the agricultural sector at all. This problem started from 2012. Not even a pesewa dropped in 2015. Maybe they finish everything in Accra, we don't know.

TROPICAL COUNTRY RENEWABLE ENERGY, IRRIGATION, RESEARCH IN MEDICINE MALARIA, TB, CHOLERA CLEAN BASIC WATER ENERGY IS KEY AND NONSE MUST STOP. NO WONDER THERE IS NO DEVELOPED BLACK NATION IN THE WORLD BECAUSE WE ALWAYS PLAY SECOND FIDDLE, EATING CRUMPS FROM DONORS FEED IS SICK. WHEN LEADERS IN GHANA AND AFRICA ARE SICK THEY GO TO OVERSEA SAME DOCTORS TRAIN IN GHANA WORKS IN THESE HOSPITALS SO WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL IT MAKE BY EQUIPPING LOCALS HOSPITALS TO PROVIDE THE SAME SERVICES INSTEAD OF RETURNING HOME WITH DEAD BODIES.
