  NDC IS AT IT AGAIN. IN 2012, MATCH BOXES FILLED WITH 50GHS WERE DISTRIBUTED ALL OVER THE PLACE BY NDC TO LURE POOR PEOPLE TO VOTE ONLY TO IMPOSE KILLER TAXES ON POOR PEOPLE.
