Does Ghana have skilled laborers ?
Shoprite has a bakery and the organization is a chaos, there is never sliced bread. Masons cant even make all steps in a house the same height and it seems impossible to make all pillars in one house straight and level, so Togolese POP workers have to correct their Ghanain colleagues mistakes.
the same trouble with mechanics, carpenters, etc. I think the only skilled labor we produce are watchman the only fault is that most of them steal from their bosses.

In a capitalist democratic country, the government can not make jobs available except in the civil service and state agencies like police and the army. It can only create conducive environment for private sector businesses to thrive. In Ghana, because of lack of capital and non-existent infrastructure, there aren't enough and meaningful private sector establishments to create employment, adequately.
Unless both of the important facilities - infrastructure and capital - are in place, unemployment will continue among the people not only graduates and school leavers alone. There is one thing making people have education, which the present gov't is working hard to achieve by building schools, colleges, universities and rest it, and another getting those who have completed their education get into employment. You cannot ignore one and provide the other to the people. They are symmetrically twinned for economic advancement of any country.
When Nkrumah made education the pillars of his policy, he was, simultaneously, constructing Tema harbour and township, Akosombo dam, roads, extending and renewing the old railway tracks and rebuilding rolling-stock, establishing rubber plantation and other heavy construction, not to mention the numerous factories and establishments to engage school leavers and graduates after their education.
They are not ready to work
