  Some years gone-by (in 1948 or there-about when he visited Nzema) Dr Kwame Nkrumah once said in-passing that he was aware of a large quantity of oil under the seabed in Nzema which, at an appropriate time, would be exhumed to develop the country. He followed it by warning his kinship Nzema people that they should not use their cognizant supernatural powers to drink the oil; rather they should leave it to fund the physical development of Nzema and the whole country. At the time, it invited laughter but on reflection, it seemed to be a warning which ought not be taken literally, considering what is happening to our oil production.
  
  Looking at the name of the ACP officer (Ackah) who is asking the question; "why the frequent breakdown?", it is possible, he hails from Nzema, he should make an in-depth research to find out whether there are causes other than the shortcomings of the engineers and/or the producers, which are hindering our oil production venture.

  Thank you for asking why FPSO frequently break down.The truth is that President John Dramani Mahama told us that three is know way he is going to put money into everybody pocket but is economy is soo vibrant that those who are complaining lack the skills to that advantage of his vibrant economic boom and advice people to perfect their skills to that advantage of his economic boom to fill their pocket.President John Dramani Mahama admire Alex Mound perfect skills for vow not to built GNPC own office place but rent to benefit from President John Dramani Mahama advice to benefit from his economic boom and skills perfection behaviour has also motivate FPSO to report break down of equipments as their perfect skills to reap the benefit of president John Dramani Mahama economic boom.
