The NDC internal regulation which makes reference to PARTY PRIMARY ELECTION is VOID and has no legal effect.. The NDC now has to submit your name to the electoral commission, at the appropriate time, as their candidate for the Korley Klottey constituency, for the 2016 parliamentary elections.You have boldly demonstrated to all and sundry that really you are the daughter of Dr Jerry John Rawlings.

NDC has not yet presented Zenator as their parliamentary candidate to the EC so on the national level NDC cannot be faulted. The court can only cancel the earlier election and order a new contest. NDC will schedule new dates for the registration of candidates and elections. Zenator is now fully qualified. She will do away with those who accuse her of forging their signatures and use new guarantors to register. Nii Armah Ashitey will now lose massively as Zenator goes on to win the parliamentary seat massively for NDC and Prez Mahama. Zenator is a crowd puller. NDC needs votes and has, once again, played it smart.
