waste of state resourses this is not the time to come out with this
Police should wear white dress so that their daily activities can be transparent. I think they hide behind the black color and do so many evil. Black symbolize evil.
What about sense of duty?is it changing as well.
another rebranding..,every institution is branding pls lets be cautious mahama don't brand Ghana as well to a different country name
