Good drinking water, electricity and good roads are necessities and entitlements to every citizen but why are some having all but others have none? Yes, it is the responsibilty of every Ghanaian to help conduct credible elections but it is the sole responsibility of the EC to provide logistics and a smooth path for all to bring that to fruition. Power only lies with the EC when it comes to elections.
