The arrogance with which he throws himself about behaving as if he's the cleanest and most knowledgeable person in Ghana really makes me sick.

Unfortunately, in a country like Ghana where people tend to admire loose-talkers, and perhaps with his false understanding of 'freedom of expression' he feels he can insult everybody whenever he feels like doing so.

He needs to be told that the simple fact that he's an ugly face doesn't give him any right to insult anyone.
