Taking the laws into your hands just because someone challenges a registrant is a recipe for disaster. Just imagine if NPP members in the area had mobilize some macho forces to counteract what the minister's brother did. Or you think those NPP people are incapable of causing similar havoc? Never assume that the police will be there to arrest NPP members and protect NDC folks just because NDC is in power.

I shudder to think about the degree of violence in the run up to the elections and the days after. I'm sure some people will label me as a mere doomsayer. Just as in Noah's time, they ate and drank and gave marriages. They were not aware intil they were swept by the flood.

President Dufour started the National ID system but the NDC saw no wisdom in improving it. That system wouldn't have only brought credibility to our elections but would have set our country off for a real development.

Our country is in the hands of ignorant who have no idea of how to build a country!!! We keep them and we are doomed. So disturbed.

We all deserve the right to the national cake,a situation where few re enjoy and vast majority of the mass live in poverty can not be right,the pockets of violence or busing of people ll not change the outcome of the elections,theirs general despondency among Ghanaians,the strong holds of both the Npp and the NDC ll not be the decider in this year,s elections but the urban areas,the cosmopolitan cities where poverty is more pervasive,where water and light bills ve become expensive than rent,where businesses ve halted for years.As we all face the economic realities every day,some ll still want to play the ostrich pretending that all is well just because NDC says so,can't you look at your situations and determine if it's going well or not?we live in a strenge world,where truth no longer matter.

The political parties may have been given observer status by the EC for legitimacy/transparency sake but the registration of an individual is a Constitutional right of a proven Ghanaian citizen which should have nothing whatsoever to do with the political parties! What about people who prefer to stand for elections as independents who will have no means to provide electoral observers?? That is why the Electoral Commission should get tough with these Political party thugs/bullies to protect the freedom and rights of the individual without interference whatsoever from any political party(s), officials or otherwise!!

Clearly, there must be effective police presence at registration sites. I mean real police who will not turn away for GHC 1.00 and watch the rights of citizens abused.
