UP Dery's stock-in-trade is to take bribe and twist the arms of justice. In 2005 at Nsuta he took a cock and set a man free after the man assaulted and almost destroyed the eye of lady. The case traveled for 6 months with 9 adjournments only for Dery to acquit and discharge accused or lack o jurisdiction. He claimed the accused was a minor. The question that comes to mind is, why did you try the guy if the court did not have capacity to try him? Why 6 months and 9 adjournments? The case should have been referred to the right court the very first day it was called. Ten years after that corruption, Good has filled his cup with iniquities and he MUST pay for it.
