Writing is a skill which if you don't have, make your thoughts defined or categorized as written by an insane or dumb person. There is also a difference between written and spoken English which I believe your teacher failed to tell you or you were just dumb in class. You talk about English 1101 or probably you are referring to 101, below are your sentences quoted. Read them again and see my correction of them; ENGLISH 1101 GRADUATE MY FOOT! Go for your fees!

The point is that, Ms C. Osei has a misplaced understanding of the "independent" label of the Electoral Commission: "Independent" does not mean the EC has to "decide" the process of election UNILATERALLY disregarding the concerns and feedback of the electorate or other stakeholders. By saying the "new" logo is ok, "we like it", it implies Charlotte Osei thinks she has the sole RIGHT and POWER to do as she pleases, because she's the head of an "independent" body.

The "independent" character of the Commission only MEANS the authority conferred on the Commission by the constitution(the people)to the Commission as the ONLY public owned institution to conduct IMPARTIAL and FAIR election. This does not mean Ms Osei has the unchallenged exclusive rights to impose what "she likes" on us. Who cares what she likes? This is NOT about her, but Ghana's interest and therefore public interest ONLY. This is public institution after all, and she wasn't even elected, but APPOINTED by one of the stakeholders anyway, so where lies her "independence"?

So far EVERY twisted decision she's made is SUPPORTED by the President of the republic who appointed her, but opposed by ALL opposition parties and other stakeholders. How SAFE and realistic is that? This is so serious that many people have understandably concluded that she's there to PREPARE the way for Mahama's re-election. This serious public perception needs to change before the November election, because it's a potential conflict prone perception. The irony is that Charlotte Osei is INDIFFERENT to that public perception, which is very CHILDISH, DANGEROUS, and smack of ARROGANCE probably borne out of LOW SELF-ESTEEM. I say this because her mannerism suggests it makes her FEEL good, yet oblivious of, or indifferent to the imminent conflict Ghana faces should people feel cheated in the November election.

She should be consulted with IPAC which constitutes all the political parties because she is there to serve the interest of Ghana and not her commissioners. Whatever that does not benefit the nation is uncalled for especially changing the logo of the commission at this time that she is crying for more money to hold the November elections. That too is an elephant-size lie. The only place where autocracy exists in Ghana is within the NPP, where Akufo-Addo and his cohorts orchestrate the SUSPENSIONS of NPP officials that they suspect of not being totally loyal to the Akufo-Addo camp within the NPP. In short, the ones pointing a finger at the EC boss are the very ones guilty of being autocratic, and they're Akufo-Addo and his band of elephant-riding serial liars. Akufo-Addo an his NPP are knee-deep into smear campaign tactics aimed at discrediting the EC and its Chairperson.

According to the 1992 4th Republican Constitution, power resides with the power through their elected reps. Charlotte no one has entrusted you with power. You were commissioned to chair the EC AND not to assume power. The framers of the constitution foresaw a charscter like you hence having Deputy Commissionets who will bring cs and balance at the EC. Chsrlotte you always inferred to the personsal pronoun: "i" instead of We The People. Its not about you or sucking to the interest of the imcumbent. Its about Ghana and her people. You come off as arrogant umfamiliar with your role at commission. Your job is on tbe chopping block, provided the opposition wins the elections. You will be fired.
