If this was a political issue, Nana Addo would not be spared with ur crass attitude, and ignorance.
I expected you to make a sensible comment like some of high leveled people ve contributed like the need to ensure health and safety at work.my expert advice is ,for every work be it construction related and the likes, there shd be risk assessment to identify the risk, who is at risk, evaluate the existence of control measures , record significant findings and design residual measure to reduce risk, implement and monitor as when the need arises.
In this type of work, first they shd ve isolate or re route the power cable , the use of mobile elevated work platform could ve spare their life. ,last not the least, the use of PPE, such as power resistance gloves cld help.
There are many qualify Ghanaians who are given our services to the foreign countries cos they respect human, and they make workers safety a priority cos if not the laws will deal with them. Not Ghana, where people are employed base on their political affiliation or where u come from
