The country belongs to the traditionalists thru our chiefs and if any fool want to claim this nation for Europeans and the Arabs, then all these foreign agents in the name of foreign religions who controlled us from Saudi Arabia and Vatican will be removed by force.
Our peace in this Ghana is due to our Ghanaian/African values which the Arabs and the European Christians have no knowledge about. We're at peace and co existed peacefully NOT because of christianity or islam but due to our traditional value systems and you can call it African spiritualism. This spiritualism is the bed rock of the way we carry ourselves as Africans. So if the Bawumia fool and his friends do not know howto tap into our traditional value systems to bring out the best in us, then they're already missing on how to organically develop this nation. The best in us is NOT going to come from pretending to be Europeans or Arabs.
We have 250,000 years of legacy of culture and trashing it in favor of children's play of both Arab culture and baby Euro clowns with NO strong value systems NOT gonna cut it for us.
Can any one prove me wrong?

Some few months ago, Bawumia made a similar statement that when in case NPP comes to power, ARABIC will be taught in every school throughout the country. The current leaders of the NPP into the general elections in my opinion are too divisive,and Ghanaians must discard them for a peaceful Ghana. Had I known is always at last. All he is saying is that, jsu as some people crave for regional/ethic balance, inclusion of minorities and what have you, then moslems should also be recognized at the highest level. If all-inclusion is not important, why do some label NPP as Akan party? Why does NDC have Zongo caucus? Or the Zongos are only fit to be foot soldiers? I disagree with all those who find issues with Bawumia's posturing. The a president can decide to pich his running mate from his family, his ministers from his home town, as long as they are competent.

This is a shame, Bawumia; what a doctor are you? Continue dreaming that God loves only Christians and Muslims. Yes, God exist but He has nothing to do with religion. Believe it or not, all religions were crafted by humans in their attempt to explain how and why natural events take place and how God wants humans to behave not attract his anger through diseases etc. Yes, diseases were interpreted to be as a result of a sin; metal problems were associated with demons; but today we have gotten rid of some diseases and have other under control, not through the religious believes, but through pragmatic efforts through scientific research and development. No wonder Africa is retrogressing: you can imagine where we are heading to if leaders themselves are so ignorant, stupid and foolish to the point that they think their country's economic progress depends on believing in the Bible or the Quaran. Please, let's wake, come out of this religious nonsense and take a new direction to solve the numerous problems that Africa is facing. The Americans, British, French, Australians, Canadians etc. did not stop the spread of ebola with the Bible or the Quaran. It is not also through prayers that these countries used to come out with medications for diseases, airplanes, TV systems, smartphones, satellites, spaceships (just to mention a few) that you are enjoying. A priest comes by, stops and watches throngs of people giving money to the beggar sitting behind the cross, but none give to the beggar sitting behind the Crescent. Finally, the priest goes over to the beggar behind the Crescent and says: "Don't you understand? This is a Catholic country. People aren't going to give you money if you sit there with a Crescent in front of you, especially if you're sitting beside a beggar who has a cross. In fact, they would probably give to him just out of spite!"
The beggar behind the Crescent listened to the priest, turned to the other beggar with the cross and said: "MOses, look who's trying to teach the Baidoo brothers about marketing!"

Of all the arguments available for his use, and of all the logical countenances that could be applied, an intellectually lethargic Bawumia gravitated to a very elementary argument to support his pre-historic political calculations.

Bawumia is a quintessential example of the differences between academic pedigree and common wisdom: he might be equipped with the former, but woefully inadequate with the latter.

That is a shame! He and others were part of the campaign to deny the Gitmo 2 any fair assessment of the circumstances by which they were admitted into our country. Most of the paranoia was based on their Religious background, more than what they might have been guilty of or otherwise.

Our Christian Clergy were at the head of such vilification and paranoia creation. Yet, we did not hear Dr. Bawumia speak to it. Now, here comes posing like some saintly hero of Muslims to seek their religious balance with Christians in the Mahama's Administration and Flagstaff House. Isn't that interesting?
