It also means if he is imprisoned for being guilty, sentence NDC and other party members who commit political violence. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. "The Matador Special, Senor," the waiter replies.

"What meat is it?" the man asks.

"Cojones," the waiter explains, "They, are the testicles of the bull who lost at the arena this afternoon."

At first the man is disgusted; but being the adventurous type, he decides to try this local delicacy. To his amazement, it is quite delicious. In fact, it is so good that he decides to come back again the next night and order it again. This time, the waiter brings out the plate, but the meaty objects are much smaller.

"What's this?" he asks the waiter.

"The Matador Special, senor," the waiter replies.

"No, no," the man objects, "I had the Matador Special yesterday and it was much bigger than this."

"Senor," the waiter explains, "the bull does not always lose."

The moral of the story is that Wontumi has become a bully like the Metador but he cannot always win.

All they now learn to do best is quickly steal from the state coffers. When found out, they are just sacked or transferred to another place in government. There is no serious punishment if they go wrong. That is why they talk foolishly as if from their anus.

They see people in government as corrupt, Alibaba and forty thieves, etc. Governance is an appeal to the people to be their leader, to help in their development and welfare. It shouldn't be acrimonious, atrocious, fights, etc.

The way Nana Addo and his new gang of young men in the NPP understand elections is problematic and worrying. They've not been able to churn out any workable policies to convince us they are a better alternatives, except to scare all of us. This is simply barbaric and untenable.
