    The problem we have is that our dear country is that no law works so long as you know "Somebody." Until we start to put such foolish people in prison, irrespective of affiliation. That will help put sanity into our system.

    As a Ghanaian I think you can register at where you reside or you can go to your village and register. I am saying this because you can register at Pokuase and still transfer your vote to Simpa if you so wish. I don't see any ...
