If you hv diabetis, pls go and take your médicine. Sugar still constitutes an important ingredient in food all over the world and not only in Ghana.
Would you rather have diabetes and go look for medicine, or avoid/minimise sugar intake to avoid/minimise the prospect of diabetes?
