    There has been no changes the sc is only reechoing what is already taking place.It is therefore laughable for any political or affiliate entity to claim victory for something which is almost impossible to implement.

    NHIS was used in accordance with the law at the time. This judgement put an extraordinary burden on EC, and that is NOT fair.
