  For the first 8months of 2015 there was no PAARS, it was the work of the Destination Inspection Co's. Customs should factor in Inflation and increase of shipping etc before making claims that any minimal increase is because o ...

  For the first 8months of 2015 there was no PAARS, it was the work of the Destination Inspection Co's. Customs should factor in Inflation and increase of shipping etc before making claims that any minimal increase is because of a new system.
