If these drivers are illiterated I wonder how did they past the driving test.
How did they pass their driving tests if they are illiterates
Pass what test? Ghana being a CORRUPT country, they just paid somebody; a middleman; to go to the Motor Vehicle office and pay a bribe to obtain the driving license for them.
