It reduces the chances of disputes, which canl was to chaos and wars.A near perfecte electoral register is what any fair and honest person should be seeking for. If not for bad motives, why would anyone be against any ideas that make "one man one vote" feasible? By the way, I think Ben Ephson is compromised and he vindicates me every time with his comments and analysis.
