The NPP thinks they can hoodwink the AG to allow for settlement.The Judge on his own volition cannot allow the case to be withdrawn and settled outside the court.This is assault case. It is not a CIVIL case but a CRIMINAL one. Republic v. Antwi-Boasiako. This is not a case of the MP? V. Antwi-Boasiako. In the latter case stated above, the MP can withdraw the case from court for settlement because it is a civil case. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE COURTS MUST ENSURE THAT THE RIGHT THINGS ARE DONE TO AVOID THE COUTRY BEEN PLUNGED INTO ANARCHY THIS ELECTION YEAR!

Ironically, this son of a bitch suffered such a faith due to lack of self respect. He is not too big for Ghana to handle so what is Amoako Tuffuor talking about ? How many days did it take Wontumi to report himself to the police when he was nicely and respectfully invited by the police ? Thinking that he is an NPP bigwig, he rudely failed to honour the police invitation and was even showing off publicly to the delight of his senless followers that he was going to face the police squarely. Instead of eulogising Kofi Boakye for his patience, Amoako Tuffuor is shamefully condemning him for throwing the beast behind bars.
I really think Amoako Tuffuor himself is another brainless person who shouldn't be given attention. No matter what he says, no one in Ghana is simply not above the law.
