There is enough blame to go around. Surely you are not suggesting the EC double checks with hospitals and parents one by one for each registrants DOB before they register them. Do you know how much work goes into a registration exercise? Do you even know who pays for these exercises? If you knew what you would be singing a different tune. Foolish Ghanaian! You rely on the EC to provide everything including national IDs now you wanna add birth certificates?! What about the birth and death registrar?! What about the hospitals who records new births daily?! What about motor/vehicle departmentss?! What about the responsibility of the average ghanaian to be truthful for the sake of democracy?! Well, I have a suggestion. How about all Ghanaians start paying income tax to support the EC in its efforts to clean up the voters register. No government outfit is receiving any blame for the disorganization, the corruption etc., save the EC. Well, spewing such garbage only suggests one thing. We do not understand what needs together come for democracy to work.

I think it behooves on all parents to educate their wards not to buy into the whims and caprices of these politicians who want power for only their stomach. They need to stop playing the blame game. Blame EC and Peace Council for Bloated Register . You and all citizens of Ghana are aware of bloated register which needs a fresh and new one for a new beginning. You as an advisory body and peace advocator you turned blind eye to the call from all quarters of the citizenery as if the word NEW has not got credible meaning. If anything at all a primary pupil is told " A NEW BROOM SWEEPS CLEAN" but in Ghana , it doesn't.
Peace Council of Ghana has never served the interest of the citizens. Don't blame the political parties but your council who can't put her feet down firmly to tell the EC cleaning a register of importance will nerver aliviate suspicions from a country bereft CORRUPTION and INJUSTICE. You are aware. Any negative happenings the country is experencing are due to your inconsistent judgments. You have not served the nation.
Don't blame any political party. Blame yourself and your autocratic EC.

EC is POLITICS and religious leaders should not be talking about it.
SHUT UP FATHER ASANTE and STOP talking to people about POLITICS.
We blame EC because of people like him. Whose job is it to get a good Electoral register in Ghana. Foolishly is not Ghanaians but the those we selected to put together the register. It is the duty of the EC to make sure the register is correct.
In Ghana POLITICS people try to take advantage and that is normal, that's why EC was formed to correct mistakes made by the people.
It is Shame to hear from someone who we ought to respect talking stupid.
