    Targets are only estimates. In issues of voting, each and everyone must be allowed to exercise their franchise. So what if you exceed your target but there are more who are left unregistered? Will that be an achievement?

    To talk of estimated is a big fallacy every democrat must resist. The constitution says every Ghanaian above 18 and sane. It didn't give any target. This unconstitutional posture of EC must stop.
