  Government has been druming it is getting better doomsayers are crying we can"t see anything.
  When it becomes postive theybhave no comment to make.
  No one can hide the truth as the light will always shine in the dark.

  It looks like the industries are paying government bills and not the domestic user's. Investigate and you will see whose bills you are paying, MR AGI.
