It is not a big deal charging ones phone, that is what the charger is there for. Similarly the cup comes with the saucer for a reason. So putting ones cup on the table is a BIG NO. These things matter!!!

The powerbank argument is not selling, so the tea cup and the saucer must get the better rap, huh?

Now, in front of everyone in this picture there are a writing pad, a bottle of water, a glass cup, a tea cup and of course a saucer, except that Mahama is having three extra articles in front of him, namely, a phone, a powerbank and a thermostat. Yes, a thermostat that I believed, he carries around more often if I am not mistaken. He sometimes carries cold water, Iced-tea or something else in that thermostat.

So, what we are witnessing here could simply mean, Mahama might have said NO to the tea or coffee coming down the chain and instead opted for his own Iced-tea or something, who knows? Is Kukurudu camp bereaved of constructive argument of late or what?

I know the table was set before they were invited in. So, where did you read in my narrative above that Mahama accepted the cup but not the saucer, Sarpong? What I am saying is that he walked in with his thermostat or asked for his thermostat to be brought to him, poured whatever into the cup and left the cup standing next to the saucer.

So then, what is the big deal here? All know the purpose of the saucer in there together with the tea cup and don't you think he is also aware about that? Anyway, there is a picture at the right corner on this homepage with undertitle “Ghana ranked 5th democracy in Africa” with the same thermostat next to him.

Read mycomment well too because I did not say you said he did not accept the saucer but your excuse that he has a writing pad, power source and whatever is a lame excuse. All of them have those things but they are not charging their phones and that is why you don't see it.

That is not a good excuse to behave differently. The big deal is that he is showing all signs like somebody who lack manners. Why charge your phone whilst everybody have theirs in their pockets or purses?

Do you expect the president to charge his phone in a separate room during the meeting or allow his battery to run down before he charges his phone? Have you thought of the security implications.What is the use of power bank?
