It is clear the courts cannot be trusted to give an unbiased verdict. This time around, the people of Ghana will decide. Read my lips. The People Of Ghana Will DECIDE!!!

I hate this colonial mask, why can't we do things our own way? Colonial mentality is effecting Ghanaians badly.

To be a Judge is not an easy job. Thank you my Lord for such a powerful contribution. We need peace and tranquility. No one should exchange our peaceful atmosphere for a chaotic one.
Let us learn how to analyse the principles in what people say, than to attack their personalities. YOU NEED TO KNOW THEM Well before you speak against. The last ruling went in favour of the respondent. Each Judge made independent judgement. Now he is telling us what to do to avoid another conflict. This is a very good step in the right direction. Let us give right ears to his teachings. Thank you.

Absurd to think that judges wouldn't know about integrity before putting on their cloaks. Anyway, in Ghana people talk like chopbar talk, never practicing what they preach.

Somebody is gonna be President of Ghana come 2017, and they will be no war, but probably a few dead bodies. It's a global thing and you just have to deal with it.

Justice Baffour is beholding to a political party just like the rest of Justices on the Supreme Court so what the hell is he talking about? Ghana as we used to live it in the 60's and 70's is no more; dimwitted governments elevated from the ashes of the infamous 1966 coup have lead a disorganized and directionless Ghana to become a beggar nation like all the rest. The purpose for removing Nkrumah while promising us of streets flowing with milk and honey is right before our own eyes but we're too blind to see it.
Today any non-African nation can insult Africa and Africans even while their puppet African leaders and classroom educated but ignorant Africans fronting for their puppet masters help them extract natural, land and mineral resources. Every leader we have had and every reorganized institution in Ghana talk glowingly about the delusional and unattainable best practices and procedures from other nations. Justice Baffour could have explained how the courts continue to drag out cases to frustrate those who petition the courts and live outside Ghana or the adhoc nature Ghana's judges sentence people to prison terms while others yet are let go free for more serious crimes against the state. He could have addressed the foundation of law or past practices that justified the SC ruling on the case brought by the late Obetsebe-Lamptey against the national goverment because Kufour as President of Ghana and his administration could sell a developed national assets to political party cronies and can be legal at the very Ghana Supreme Court. So before political hacks like Justice Baffour decide to lecture voters they may want to choose and talk about relevant issues that is at the root of our corrupt cultural existence instead of topics with biased political undertones.
