This criminal act must now be referred to as "the assault," not "the 'alleged' assault," as if these goons might still be found innocent of the charges.

To those who claim the victim is a thief or criminal, there's nowhere in the constitution that enables soldiers or police to resort to torture as a means to collect evidence. Investigation is seeking the truth, not confession. To contributors like Pat & others, how will u feel if your husband or son becomes a victim of torture of this magnitude? If you have ever lost a loved one thru military torture, you will know how it feels.

But the young boy never had a very good training. He had soon been suspected to be stealing mobile phones. This will serve as a deterrent. Next time when he sees some ones something somewhere he should by pass it. The lawyer only want to make cheap gains. How many people were dismissed from their jobs because they beat suspected criminals in this country. The soldiers were already disciplined by the military high command and that is enough.
