All the 2 Northerners Ghana has had as president have failed Ghanaians terribly. During the era of Dr. Lilman, he messed up everything Ghana had and had to be ousted out of power by J. J. Rawlings. And just as everyone thought Mahama being the 2nd Northerner would do something better, he has only made NDC tribal party with Northerners and Ewes.

Tell me, what are the achievements of your womanizer president Mahama who has 17 children? Just look at the three Northern regions, your own people are the most poorer people in Ghana yet these regions are always fighting and causing Ghana spending a lot of Ghana which could have been used for development.

However, the reality is that, if one has the intention to register, would such a person still be in bed on the last day of the registration exercise? That person would be in the queue on the last day of the registration.

If you need money for the weekend, you would definitely not stay home on Friday without going to the bank and then start to cry on Saturday that you cannot get money because the banks are closed.

Those who really needed registration were those found in the queue on the last on the ten exercise.

It's a long time we do away with that "i don't care attitude" that we turn round to blame somebody for our own shortcomings.

He must convince the nation about the basis on which the commission decided to fix the limited registration of 18 year olds during the period when majority of those 18 year olds were supposed to be taking their end of year exams - many of them supposedly final years! He must convince us all that the commission was not foolish but justified to have considered opening just one registration center at each of the institutions where 18 year olds were heavily saturated!
And coming out to claim that only 37 students were in queues at the close of the exercise, can he tell us how many had abandoned the queues when they realised that the exercise was ending in less than half-an-hour and they had better uses of their time than staying in a queue which was going nowhere? This guy always uses the gullible mentality of a large portion of our community to issue these lies whenever the commission causes a big blunder. We are all surprised he is still at post! He should have been fired long time if a sane person was in charge of his appointment!!

You have no right to impede them from voting, even if it's one person. Why are you taking things for granted? Enough of your antics and calculated sinister. 37 students equally have the intrinsic human dignity to vote. Don't restrict them for any reasons. We strongly believe that by the look high level of corruption, unemployment, collapsed of many social intervention programmes which was set by JA Kuffour, the country now needs nothing but change. EC cannot make such claims that only 37 students couldn't register during the 10-day limited registration exercise. The fact still remains that the EC decision to conduct the limited registration was ill-timed! Students, esp. in tertiary institutions were busy studying and preparing for their final exams, and couldn't just afford to waste time in long queues to register. Many simply boycotted the exercise in order to prepare for their exams.

The EC should disclose or publish names or the number of students they captured during the limited registration exercise, rather than trying to throw dust into the eyes of Ghanaians. If indeed 98 percent of students were able to register, they won't have complained or warned the EC of their intention to go to court.

The EC is being manipulated by the NDC and unseen hands behind the scenes, who want are bent on rigging the election once more. The EC should be forthright with it's dealings with the nation's future leaders, instead of telling lies to Ghanaians always.

Students in all the nation's tertiary institutions are demanding their rights to register; there's no bargain or negotiations for that! The EC should as a matter of urgency, extend the limited registration so all students, would be able to register. Ghana's future leaders cannot be disenfranchised; they have the right to register and vote!
