  This shows that Takoradi which is the heartbeat of Ghana'so economy shouldn't be neglected. More infustracture developments is needed. More better roads in the city would be a good idea. It has been Ghana's major contributor to the nations GDP but its always neglected and attention given to places that shouldn't.

  It makes sense to expand Takoradi harbour arising from the oil and gas industry, traditional exports and transit goods to neighbouring countries.
  
  Work must be expedited on the providing additional facilities at the port to handle more cargo.
  
  Completion of the Sekondi-Takoradi railway line and container depot, and rehabilitation of the Western railway line will help handle the cargo.
  
  Jobs will be created in doing all this work.
