Seriously proposing construction of a coal power plant in the 21st century is the surest way of attracting international ridicule and condemnation.
Chinese needs a dumping ground for it's coal hence all the news of alternative energy. That is the way the government could pay the loan for China Government
The Sun shines daily in Ghana, govt needs to remove all forms of taxes on Solar and let individuals who can afford it get it, this will reduce pressure on other forms and make more power available for industries.
