  You are perfectly correct, Mr Obiri. Most of the people who read politics into these reshuffles, are more often than not, opposition supporters. The Police Administration has its own policies that we ordinary citizens cannot understand. Some of these postings/transfers may arise as a security measure, that some of us cannot understand. I remember my father spending only three months at a station and was transferred to a different station and he never regretted it, even though initially, we thought it was uncalled for at the time. Those who make those comments or read politics into this, are semi- literates who know little about Police Administration. "Familiarity breeds contempt" as the saying goes. Mr Kudalor is an old policeman and an old BNI man and a man of good reputation and he and his lieutenants know what they are doing. Whether we like it or not, it has been done and it's not going to be the last. PERIOD ! Some of us who are close to him, don't even know where he stands in politics.
