They know about the death as the statement suggests but they are waiting up until the family informs them knowing that they did not employ the family but the individual who they knew died so even if it takes ten years the family will still receive the salary with the help of the officials in that entity who are also beneficiaries of the looting.
You don't just go to the bank to take your salary if the account is not yours so how is the family receiving the money,who is preparing the pay voucher begore the Accountant General Department is making the payment if that Odame guy knows what is going on in his department,is he trying to throw dust on our faces,why the Public Accounts Committee cannot put immediate stop to the payment and order the refund of the money in addition to investigation to find out how that money is able to be withdrawn if it is being withdrawn?

Instead, this is his responds: "they were waiting for the family members of the deceased staff to inform the Commission about the death of the loved one before they all write to the Controller and Accountant General's Department to stop paying the employee.".

The question is:Was the dead man coming to work for 2 years?

A worker does not report for work for 2 years but collects salary. WHY? Because we have not been informed he is dead. Conversely, WERE YOU INFORMED THAT HE WAS WORKING? No. Why then did you pay him for not working? NEW RULE: The "living" workers can now stay home for the next 7 years & they will receive their full salaries .
