Such petty nuances in the procedure of presenting cases in Court have been used by many a corrupt Judge to free really culpable criminals on Technicalities. We saw similar situation in the case of the retrial of the suspects in the Ya Na's Murder case.

So, the Prosecution must be very careful to ensure that its i's are dotted, and t's crossed, or it would lose the case.

It is time we in Ghana focused more on the substance of cases than on peripheral frills that do not keep the edges perfectly clean.
