The are several ways of sourcing funds to help needy students other than tollbooth.

This report says he even lived in the US but it was just a time wasted that he did not learn anything to make a change in Ghana,he wants to construct a tollbooth to make money,where did that happened before in this world that a university will erect tollbooth to extort money from the public,the university that still depends on public purse?

One of the reasons why we can't get things done right is that whoever wants to make sure people respect the right of the citizens or to make sure we go by the laws of the country we remove that individual from office to make some few idiots happy which is exactly what the president did to appease idiots like this stupid professor,very ignorant one.
