  It is very hard for Ghana to move foward, UNLESS we change our attitudes towards money. Look: when did oil production start in Ghana? but we are alraedy facing problems. you think this normal? It is part of the corruption. Somebody's selfish machinations are behind the fault with production unit. Believe Me!! Somebody has something to benefit from it. You think the manufacturer did not do a good job? That is not the case. If we continue this way, we are doomed. Look at Ivory Coast: they have built a cocoa factory, but our leaders are only specialized in stealing money. Read This:
  The Ivory Coast is the world's biggest exporter of cocoa beans, but for a long time cocoa farmers have reaped very little profit from the staple food used to make chocolate around the world.
  
  But in a new bid to help people get more benefits from cocoa production, the government has built the country's first chocolate factory that make products that fetch a much higher price than the bean.
