To many Nursing Colleges in Ghana have created these problem.
The private universities are also graduating many nuses and thats the reason many nurses will not get jobs.
The brain drain will continue.

Loans given to students[including nurses] in the UK are payable only when the person is working and taking not less than 15 thousand pounds a year.You can be jobless for years and you won't pay a penny.In Ghana before loans a ...
