It is unacceptable that Nana Addo should be exploiting vulnerable people. A typical example is Abu Ramadan, a Fulani, who is suffering from inferiority complex. Abu is exaggerating his fight for NPP as a way of buying acceptance in a party he knows he is not recognized. And NPP is excellent at spurring such persons on to increase the tempo of their actions to prove how they are dying for NPP and Nana.

Another sufferer of inferiority complex is Bawumia! Despite the crescendo of praises being heaped on Bawumia now, should Nana drop dead today what chance does Bawumia have for replacing Nana? Absolutely NILL because not a single Ashanti or Akyem will vote for him! As for Bawumia, he will weap blood, and it is then he will know where he stands as a northerner in NPP!!! For clues he should check for what happened to Aliu.

So even the Supreme Court's ruling can be subject to the person interpreting it? So where do we stand as laymen?
Abu and his partners went to the supreme court to complain among other issues that our voters' register contained registrants who used NHIS cards as proof of citizenship, but the same Supreme court had recently ruled that the NHIS cards cannot be used as proof of citizenship. In their ruling, however they may have put it, the Supreme Court instructed the EC to remove all names that do not conform to the citizenship requirements. But the EC is telling us that the court did not say so! One would expect the Supreme Court to come out and clarify what they meant without the need for anyone else to file another application. Unless the entire panel on the Supreme Court case are all as corrupt as the judges who were exposed by Anas recently.

Just that according to Dr. POKU Edusei, he may not be using the right approach. Just like parliament doesn't just pass any bill they want. It has to be proposed by the executive. The plaintiff understands that those who registered to vote using the NHIS ID cards should be expunged from the list of registered voters. At this point, we do not know why the order has not been followed by the defendant- the EC. Therefore, the move by the plaintiff is in order.

Every election year, the cycle had been the same: limited registration for those who have turned 18 or never registered before; followed by exhibition of register where you check if you are on it and also bring to the notice of EC who should not be there (minors, foreigners, the dead, the insane, etc. through the appropriate means of filling the requisite forms). Then the EC CLEANS the register and gets it ready for the polls in December (this year probably in November)

This has been the process and the EC says it is on course to do that. What at all is our problem, Ghanaians?
