If the man died as a result of attempting to avoid falling into a pot hole, then society should blame the Highways and Urban Roads. They are very useless depts. Some of these dangerous potholes are not filled till death occur ...

If the man died as a result of attempting to avoid falling into a pot hole, then society should blame the Highways and Urban Roads. They are very useless depts. Some of these dangerous potholes are not filled till death occurs. One wonders why they always collect salaries but do nothing. There are some of such potholes on some very busy roads in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis unattended to for years. I am sure as soon as an accident occurs due to the potholes, those concerned will rush to fill them.
