Citizens rights to vote based on choice is enshrined in the constitution of Gh. Therefore, asking people to take money and vote is not the best.

"...current administration promised them of massive infrastructure including a hospital, school structures improved roads, yet these promises are yet to be fulfilled by the government." False assertion; there have been massive infrastructure developments including hospitals, schools and roads in many places. If a town or village is yet to see any of such in their area like many others in the same situation the leader does not summon his/her people and feed them with untrue information.

Nation's infrastructure developments, strategically, starts from somewhere and spread out.
