    ARMAH'S POINT IS CHILDISH. THERE ARE DIFFERENT WAYS OF EXAMINING A CANDIDATE. DON'T TRY TO TEACH US WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW.YOUR IGNORANCE IS TOO MUCH.

    Armah is talking about fleecing the applicants. Collecting money before the exam. Money these new graduates don't have. I bet they were not informed before they graduated

    I have taught in Ghana and abroad I can tell you that there are many exams here during teacher recruitment.
    In Finland, USA, UK, Canada etc, you will be required to pass an exam regardless of your major prior to teaching. I ...

    Dr. Armah, u are really right. GES can't use WASSCE test to determine the effectiveness of these graduates. This shows that they don't trust the institutions which award these graduates certificate.

    Aptitude test is the best system world wide to test people for merit selection.

    They should have made them to teach for them to observe to opick the good teachers. Knowing the content is different from making somebody to understand it. Anyway, this is Ghana. baya baya Coutry of mine.
