  Misuse of scarce resources. Why asphalt roads with smal small traffic? Do we have the money,,? Why not ordinary bitumen on less trafficked roads. Is this cost effective? BRRI MUST STOP THE MADNESS. That Inussa is a madman.

  Another STUPID announcement !! Putting Coaltar on the ground is NOT constructing Road !! We want QUALITY and NOT QUETIONABLE QUANTITY....which washes away AFTER a rainy season !!!
