The wife changes the documents and forged his signature. Reports to the police that her husband has stolen her car. Mr Painstil was contacted by the police to report himself to the police. He goes to the police station with his original car documents and the new document which was not done without his knowledge. He was then information by the police to get someone to bring the car or he will not be allowed to leave the police station. He attempted to leave and was arrested for assault.
Please tell me if he is the victim or the perpetrator?
