POLICE SHOULD HAVE ADOPTED A COMMON SENSE APPROACH KNOWING PAINTSIL ANDVTHE COMPLAINANT ARE MARRIED AND STILL LIVE TOGETHER SO ANY PROPERTY BELONGS TO BOTH OF THEM TILL DIVORCE WHEN A CIVIL COURT CAN LEGALLY SHARE IT BETWEEN THEM
