Mrs Charlotte Osei, the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, should write to the Chief Justice (Mrs Theodora Wood) to clear the air in respect of the misunderstanding of the Judgement.Mrs Osei should first explain to the Chief Justice the EC'c understanding of the judgement and how they (the EC) tend to comply with the ruling only in respect of the NHIS card holders. The Chief Justice would then be bound to respond and the misunderstanding will be cleared once and for all.

The CJ does not have to come out to explain anything. If the EC does not understand what the ruling is, they have to go back to the court for clear interpretation. You guys don't get it?

If Alottey Jacobs still doesn't get what the Supreme Court meant, he should wait for free compulsory education when Akufo Addo is sworn in, the education he gets will be easy for him to understand since there seems to be a challenge currently with the kind of education the Mahama NDC gov't of which he is a part is giving him.

Definitely if all people who registrered with NDIS cards are to be deleted, it certainly affects all parties because at the time of 2012 registartion, it was not unlawful so in effect this has a negative effect on all parties so my question is: why is NDC so defensive of the Supreme Court's decision to the extent that they go further to insult Justice Dotse who is rather making it easier for the dumb EC to understand the ruling. NDC is a thif. NDC is evil. NDC is devilis and all it members are criminals.

Im yet to understand the judiciary on how they operate or issue statements and who should do that on its behave,since the ruling of the Supreme court on the Abu Ramadan,s,the justices and the GBA ve all read the various interpretation give EC and plaintiff's in this case,few lawyers ve also put a spin to the ruling,especially the ndc lawyer David Anan who we all know ve never won a case on his own.Yes the plaintiffs ve the right to head back to the Supreme court for clarity but a simple statement from the judiciary could save as all the time for this EC boss to clean the register which is filled with foreign names,the judiciary must be careful the way their quite on matters of importance to the state,the chief justice must also discharge her duty considering the fact that its about elections and the constitution garantees free fair and transparent elections.The same constitution know about the independence of the EC but still gave the judiciary the powers to adjudicate on matters such as this to promote fair play in the electoral process otherwise who couldve contested a sitting president?.The strick I dont think should affect the appeal in anyway because I know that sometimes an appeal by law should be filed within a stipulated period,and government can deliberately delay the talk with stricking judicial workers for time to elapse on the plaintiff,s.
