If you were the owner of GNPC, with their assignment to "search for Kerosene", will you look on for GNPC always borrowing money to sponsor your village football team, although you pay the coach and officials who bring you the bill for jersey and the balls for the team? Will you allow GNPC paying for the fuel of somebody's generator, when you have to pay for the light from that generator? And in the end you go and pay the loan which GNPC acquired, because GNPC "did not find kerosene", and "GNPC is broke"?
