If you are lacking ideas, it is better to approach them and ask for help. this step of blocking people from using social media is not the way to go. So if Facebook ie social media exposed you for lending your institution albeit a resource of your institution to the NDC person to wave or do anything remotely associated with campaigning or canvassing for votes, then you erred.
The fact that social media exposed that conduct is actually the more reason, Ghana needs more social media applications to check and hold public officers accountable for their actions thereby instilling discipline in the public space.

Would you have done same for any other party official? Why create problems as a peace officer? You judgement of the occasion was simply poor. You should have been sacked from operating in a volatile region.
