Then the KARPOWER EMERGENCY BARGES FOR 10 years - cost if purchased even using that $250 million in bank that was not used making 750 million over the 20 years as that is how much Ghana is throwing away with this deal, plus price of fuel to power is 34% higher than if government did the project themselves . Once the smoke screen of over billing has died down you will see big bills

Everyday the NDC party and gov't actually proves the common truth they don't read and even if they read, they don't understand, because were that not to be the case, in this matter of the voters register and it's credibility, which has been ruled upon in the specific instance of minors, the deceased and NHIC registrants, not once , we would not have a Supreme Court Judge coming out a third time, to comment on something it has pronounced on twice already.
Now that is the unintelligence and incompetence aside of the thievery that have all conspired to collapse this country. The interesting thing is this Atuguba Raymond character is held up as an epitome of intelligence in the NDC party and gov't.

The critical issue currently at stake in my view is not whether Abu Ramadan lost the reliefs he had sought , but rather the emphasis on the Supreme court orders to the Electoral commission to delete the names of NIH card holders from the voters register and allow same to re- register with valid Ghanian constitutionaly acceptable identification documents. In this regard the recent clarification of the orders from supreme court Justice Dotse as to what is required from the EC to clean the voters roll must be abundantly clear to all , lawyers and non lawyers alike.
