  The deputy minister doesn't know what he is talking about. Are the contractors paid on schedule and in accordance with the contract? What about the problems with wrong documentation etc? Be serious and stop wasting our ears.

  First of all before you get the contract to construct a road, you have to pay kickback which is deducted before you get part of the money. Contractor starts the work but no money comes from the government so the contractor waits and waits. Hr has to pay his workers but there will be no money for the contractor. Years later about the time he gets any more money, the rains have come and destroyed what had been done. If contractors were given the whole amount or paid monthly and on time, every contract would be completed.

  Ghanaians are sanctimoniously selfish people and self centred people and pessimism.Ghanaians has develop the passion of hatred toward their own development and advancement and love being undevelop and wallow in poverty.The mindset and criminal minds and the passion for everything foreign is killing Ghana development and skills in know how.Due to our evil mindset talents and skills are not being exploits and dreams die.Our own Apostle Safo has prove beyond dough that we are capable as the white but why should we ignore our own and support foreign junk that don't last while we have the skills and technology to do the same and last as white the has and can kill like when the white technology kills but why do we keep ignore our own and patronize foreign junks with our money to built somebody economy and prosper while we wallow in poverty.Ig Ghana road contractors will order just one road equipment or machine we will develop both skills and know how to carry apostle legacy and reduce both prostitution and armed robbery and unemployment but due selfishness and unprecedented greed and self-centred we throw our money away because there is no money to develop the country.Ghanaians are not proud people like folks in the US,Japan,Germany,France,Italy,Canada,Britain,Russia and Korea.Ghana should stop being imbecile and be proud of Apostle Safo,Asidu Abudu,Gideon Agyari,Dr Afari and other inventors and really behind them and support them because everyday we here of foreign investors but nothing is being invest.It is a strategy to delay our progress and development.When will our imbecile president learn wisdom and stop being a fool.Any his administrating duration is almost over.
