  Our agric sector is suffering. Farming is still mainly in the hands of aging farmers. How can they take note of ICT enhancements to improve yields, both in quality and quantity? There is need for effective agric policy, with efficient projects and programs. What is in place now is an array of face-saving, lackluster measures, mostly existent on on paper.
